1. Information We Collect
Riza APP is used by businesses and employees to create, assign, and track work tasks. Depending on how the app is used, we may process:
- account information such as name, email address, role, business, location, and position;
- task information such as titles, descriptions, status, priority, deadlines, comments, and checklists;
- attachments uploaded by users, including photos, videos, documents, or other files;
- device notification tokens used to deliver push notifications;
- basic technical information needed for authentication, security, diagnostics, and app operation.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- assign tasks to employees, locations, businesses, or positions;
- show task history, comments, attachments, and notifications;
- send push notifications about assigned tasks, task updates, comments, deadlines, and requests;
- protect the app, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.
3. Permissions
Riza APP may request permission to send notifications, access the camera, access photos, and select files. These permissions are used only for app features such as receiving task alerts and uploading or saving task attachments.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may use trusted service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, Apple Push Notification service for iOS notifications, and Telegram-based infrastructure for file attachment delivery where configured.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be visible to administrators and authorized users inside the same organization as needed for task management. We may share information with service providers only to operate, secure, and support the app.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide the app, comply with business requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain records. Administrators may remove employees or task data where supported by the app. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting support.
7. Security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, role-based permissions, and secure backend services to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, but we work to keep user data protected.
8. Children
Riza APP is intended for business and workforce management. It is not directed to children under 13.
